The visible evidence of a vessel larger than 12 metres which is certified and complies with CE is:

•Certificate of agreement supplied by a Notified Body (Nobo);

•Declaration of the agreement ;

•Owner’s manual of the vessel ;

•Cin-code;

•CE marking of agreement (builders plate) in a location visible from the main helmsman’s station or cockpit.
